Mental System (I think) 
The mind is unlimited in its potential to think. It is called our conscious mind. If the person is imbalanced or low physically or emotionally then the mind becomes over active to drive us through a period of stress. This stress can result in sleep problems and subsequently illness. The wider the imbalance between our physical body, emotions and our minds, the more serious the resulting problem can be.

Examples of imbalance:
  • Anxiety
  • Family conflicts
  • Conflict between what we think and how we feel
  • Trust issues
  • Bullying/Persecution
  • Fear
  • Depression
